They are widely used in spraying, painting, and gluing applications, ensuring continuous and efficient robot operation.

Donning Methods:

The general procedure for donning a robot protective suit is as follows:

1.Power off the robot to ensure safety.

2.Clean the robot’s surface from dust and debris to allow better suit fit.

3.Unpack the suit and inspect it for any damage or defects.

4.Install the base section by wrapping it around the robot base and securing the Velcro.

5.Install the main body section by draping it over the robot from the non-Velcro side, then zip and secure all fasteners.

6.After installation, ensure the suit does not interfere with the robot’s movement. Restore power and conduct a simple operational test to confirm the suit remains intact during operation.

Note: Always follow the product manual and safety protocols when donning the suit. Regular cleaning and maintenance are necessary to preserve protective performance.
